ReplyDeleteMy son enjoyed some homemade chocolates here: peanut butter-filled and "Irish potato" (which is really just a regional variation of coconut cream, containing no potatoes... confusing, I know--but yummy!). My mother promises to give me her fruit egg recipe from when I was a kid so I can veganize it. =)

I think it's a fabulous opportunity for companies to showcase their products to their target market, and then also get feedback about their products... and then for all of you, it is such a super way to test out some vegan products and spread the word... so, I will do more when I can! :)
