I had planned to write 'part 2' of the picky eaters series of posts that I started on t/s. But, with it being so hectic this week it's been near impossible to find the downtime to work on it. So, instead, I am giving you a new recipe! (good trade-off, huh?!)
Since my next picky eater post will be about nuts and seeds, I thought I'd prime you all with my new Truffled Cashew Cheese recipe. Our whole family loves it, so I hope you do too! ( Note: The cashew cheese pictured does include some fresh herbs, which is why it has a light greenish hue. See the note in the recipe about adding herbs, etc)
(p.p.s. I've given my blog a bit of a makeover... whatcha' think?)
These findings… show that heart disease, diabetes, and obesity can be reversed by a healthy diet. Other research shows that various cancers, autoimmune diseases, bone health, kidney health, vision and brain disorders in old age (like cognitive dysfunction and Alzheimer’s) are convincingly influenced by diet. Most importantly, the diet that has time and again been shown to reverse and/or prevent these diseases is the same whole foods, plant-based diet that I had found to promote optimal health in my laboratory research and in The China Study.
