• Happy Mother's Day to all. I'm a SAHM to a two-and-a-half year old, and I've been enjoying a morning of relaxation while my husband does the cooking today. (go hubby!)
• My mother is amazing. When I came home announcing my new-found vegansism a little over a year ago, she hopped right on board just as she did 14 years ago when I decided to no longer eat meat. I am proud to say she is now 99% vegan and has veganized many of our family's favourite meals. She truly is superwoman. (Give your mom a hug from me, okay?)  :)
