When you don't have much appetite, what kinds of things are you eating - and ditto for when you are really hungry? My first suggestion is to get some nutritional smoothies - esp green smoothies into your day when you don't have a big appetite, and then to have standby things ready that are nutritionally-rich - things in your fridge, freezer, pantry - soups/stews that are chock with beans/veg/grains, snacks with whole grains and nuts, maybe pick up some raw granolas to snack on when hungry and on-the-go. I can probably give you more help if you can pinpoint a little more about where you need help. Do you have any "vegan" diet suggestions as you have been busy raising your three girls.
