Hi everyone. I wanted to give you a brief note to let you know that I won't be posting very frequently for the next few weeks. Apart from the Salba giveaway... I will be posting soon about that contest.

i made your super charge me cookies today....OH MY GOSH!!! AMAZING!!! i put 1/2 maple syrup and 1/2 agave nectar and they came out beautifully and sooo moist. thank you for your delicious and healthy recipes, come back soon!

See the podcast page to listen to all the segments.In podcast 112.1 you will hear about the great food at the Vegetarian Food Fair and our response to "club sandwiches not seals" T-shirts. We are not happy about them, since typically, club sandwiches contain meat from dead animals, (although a vegan version is certainly possible, especially if you use some of the delicious and realistic mock meats available at the Food Fair -Steve).
