Pomegranate, meet Living Caesar

Recently I introduced a pomegranate to my Living Caesar dressing.

The two became great friends immediately, agreeing that their flavors nicely complemented one another. The sour, salty nutty caesar dressing enjoyed the pop of sweet, tangy juice from the fresh crimson-colored pomegranate seeds.

Go make some new friends with your food too. :)

(p.s. don't forget to enter the November Salba giveaway if you haven't already)

Mmmm... maybe I should branch out and try something other than your addictive "honey" mustard vinagrette which is just about to go onto my salad for dinner tonight. Great to see you posting Dreena!

Last night, my partner and I made the jambalaya from your book. We added carrots which actually turned out well. I know that does not connect well with this post, but I just wanted to tell you that the recipe was fantastic.

I can't get enough pomegranate. (Check out my blog.) I can imagine how good those tart little gems taste against this creamy, tangy dressing.

Lately I have gone mad over pomegranate both the seeds and the juice and have them whenever I can find them in the shops.
