I made these for my flatmates in Scotland, all of whom were very nonvegan (!) and they loved them!
ReplyDeleteI can happily say I've made these more than once and loved them every time. I let a friend (non-vegan) look through the book and she wrote down a few recipes and called me back saying "those Carob Cashew cookies are so Freaking GOOD!" It was great, especially since I think she ended up buying the book.
