Ok, the Manitoba Harvest Hemp contest is now closed.
Thanks to everyone that commented for your interest in hemp foods, and your ideas, suggestions and questions. Fun bunch you are! I will post the winner in a couple of days.
Have a great weekend, now go make me (and the Easter Bunny) proud and eat lots of chocolate! :)

What a cute bunny clock! Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. You can already be proud of us, Dreena...we couldn't wait for the Easter bunny to dig into the chocolate (I think it had something to do with your last post!)
Happy Easter!
Happy Easter Dreena to you and your family!
Julie
Can I just NOT READ?! I thought the winner would be announced today. I've been waiting/hoping all day! Ok, I guess I'll be testing my patience...
Good luck to the winner! Have a lovely holiday weekend, too.
Ahhh, good to hear it Vicki, enjoy your Easter! :)
Happy Easter to you too Julie... thank you! :)
Hi Leslie, you make me laugh - I think you're impatient just because you know how much you can make with the hemp goodies - so many no-bake options for you!!
Hope you have a great weekend too, Jess... hmmm, are you making one of your fabulous cakes??!!
so, when you make your hemp seed butter, cinnamon and agave nectar sandwiches.. do you mix the ingredients together, then spread, or put the HS butter on the bread, then sprinkle the rest?
Thanks Dreena, and you're right about my wild HEMP IMAGINATION.
Hi Michelle... I just spread on the hemp nut butter, then a few dashes of cinnamon, and then a little drizzle/drops of agave - super simple that way. I do have recipe in Vive for Cinnamon Sweet Hemp Spread, so you can refer to that as well - *if* you want to mix up a larger amount and then have it ready to use anytime. I find it's so easy to sprinkle on the cinnamon, agave, sometimes a few drops of blackstrap molasses too - hope that works for you! :)
Yeah, Leslie... all the hemp talk is having an effect on you! :)
Happy Easter Dreena! I'm finally catching up on all your posts. Things have been really hectic on my end. All of your pictures this week look scrumptious. The Easter bunny (and you) would be proud of me. When I sat down to check your blog I had my coffee and my CHOCOLATE!
Sad news Dreena, my friend and were supposed to make petit fours this weekend, but I have pink eye.
Ahhh, Carrie, you have made me very proud indeed!! :) Thanks, btw!
Oh, Jess, poor you!! You have had a rough time this last week or so... get some garlic and ginger into you and I hope you feel better soon!! :)
