CFUN Radio Interview

A quick note to tell you that I'll be on the Jenn and Joe show on CFUN 1410 am today for a brief interview. I'm scheduled to start at 4pm Pacific Time, for about ten minutes.

You can also listen online .

Should be fun! I'm back to some work now, and will blog again soon.

Have a splendid day guys, and go get yourself a little vegan treat, alright?! :)

At 4pm, I'll be at work! Oh no! Will there be somewhere that we can listen to it after the fact?

Hiya Carrie... I don't think so, unfortunately. I know that CFUN is available on Sirius satellite radio as well, but I doubt that's of much use to you. Get a set of headphones for work? ha, jk! :)

How exciting to have an interview! Too bad I missed it...
Yummers on that cake below! I prefer dessert in the morning, and now I know why! :o)

Hi Dreena,

I had the chance to listen to your interview yesterday. You did a great job on educating those who are unsure of what a vegan diet really involves and smashed those misconceptions about it just being plants!

Thanks!

Hi there,
Where do I find the list of "must buy" organic veggies/fruits that you spoke about during your CFUN interview? thanks.

Thanks Vicki, the interview was a lot of fun... thanks on the cake also. :)

Hi anonymous, I appreciate that feedback, thank you. There is so much to say in just a little time, but Jenn and Alex were both very interested and receptive, which made it that much more enjoyable. Thanks again for popping in to give me your impression of the intreview, very good of you. :)

Hi anonymous, the list can be found here: www.foodnews.org. Click through to see the entire listing, because it's also good to know which veg/fruit are low on the list. I wish I had mentioned on air that even though eating organic and avoiding pesticides on produce is important, we still consume less pesticides than those that eat meat/dairy because of bioaccumulation of those toxins in animal products. You may know that as well. Regardless, it's still a wise choice to buy organic wherever possible. I also posted about the dirty dozen way back here: http://vivelevegan.blogspot.com/2006/04/why-i-love-organic.html
Thanks for listening to the show yesterday!
