Ha! I just made this last night. It's my favourite bean spread recipe of all time. :)

I was just reviewing your hummus chapter last night and trying to decide which one to make! :) I hope you and your newly expanded family are doing well! :)

I've got pasta on the brain. Any plans to share your "Fit-tucine" Alfredo sauce recipe?

This is one of my favorite hummuses (?) of all time! I love it with minced rosemary, in lieu of thyme and basil. And, lots of lemon :)

I just made this dip with thyme and basil out of my garden. It's great in winter too (even though it's hard to buy thyme and basil out of season) because the green flecks in the white dip look so festive.

Also--I just accidentally posted this in a 2005 entry--I love the chocolate cake and frosting recipe in ed&bv pages 185 & 189 --I just made it again for my dad for father's day. So good! Plus, I always end up with extra frosting that I eat like pudding (the cook's privilege, right?).

Thanks for all of your great recipes that focus on taste AND well-being!
