Double Carob Cashew Cookies Recipe
I've got a new post up at True/Slant, and it includes the recipe for my Double Carob Cashew Cookies... go have a read and get the recipe! (and do make the ice cream sandwiches!)
I can happily say I've made these more than once and loved them every time. I let a friend (non-vegan) look through the book and she wrote down a few recipes and called me back saying "those Carob Cashew cookies are so Freaking GOOD!" It was great, especially since I think she ended up buying the book.

I made these for my flatmates in Scotland, all of whom were very nonvegan (!) and they loved them!

Yay! I love carob anything! This is so great, thanks for sharing the recipe.
They look yummy!! I am a big carob fan. I will have to try these out soon.
I love homemade ice cream sandwiches. These look perfect for a hot summer day.
BTW, I made your sweet and sour tempeh (ED & BV) recently, and my taste buds were in heaven!!
I gained 10 lbs just looking at this decadent little number.
