I made this today and it.is.divine. I misread the ingredients and added 1/2 c. applesauce instead of 1/4 c. so my loaf is a little extra moist and mushy, but the flavor is FANTASTIC! I don't yet have The Everyday Vegan, but this recipe just made it go to my Amazon wishlist! Thanks!
