Recipe Palooza!

A review of my Sample Recipes revealed that I had far too many sweet treats posted and not enough savory dishes and entrees. (Yes, I love the treats, but really, we need real food recipes too!)

So, the recipe party begins...

After posting the Cashew Banana Ice Cream, I have since posted:

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto with Toasted Almonds and Pine Nuts (from ed&bv)

Peanut Passion Sauce (from ed&bv)

Chickpea Ratatouille (from Vive)

Kalamata Walnut Tapenade (from Vive)

I will be posting more recipes in the next couple of days... including a couple of summer salads and a new, unpublished recipe. (hint: oh-geez)

So... get cooking... especially those of you that don't have my cookbooks. No excuses, right?! :)

Dreena, you're so generous! I have to tell you I made the cashew banana ice cream yesterday, only with peanut butter, and it knocked my socks off! You are a genius! I feel like ED&BV is my little baby, so I've been eyeing Vive in the bookstore too...
The Chickpea Ratatouille sounds great!

I have had that peanut passion sauce recipe bookmarked for a while now. I have been a bad blogger and an even worse cook, relying on old standbys that don't require any brain cells. I am so glad to be back in the swing of things and can't wait to dive into ed&bv.

I have all your cookbooks!<3 I recommended ED&BV and Vive Le Vegan to my friend, and she loves it. I still remember the sensation when I first read Vive Le Vegan! You're amazing. Thankyou so much for the great recipes:D:D

I made the sun dried tomato pesto last night. Yum!
I am totally addicted to the basic balsamic viniagrette in ED&BV.
P.S. the pesto is also great on veggies..asparagus spears, etc.

I'll have to peep that peanut sauce. However, the sauce from the Thai Chick-un pizza is awesome, too!
