Fabulous, Dahling!

Hiya guys! I don't have a lot of time for a chit-chat post today, but wanted to post a pic to give you your fix for the day!

So, here's a new recipe I'm just one test away from perfecting to my liking. "Fab" Cakes with Smarter Tartar Sauce. They take a wee bit more prep than some other recipes (well, only because you have the patties and the sauce to prep), but the sauce can be made a day or two in advance, and then it's smooth sailing!

Be back soon! Go eat, drink & be vegan!

These look so yummy, I used to looooove tartar sauce!
We tried the mac oh geez recipe and it was delicious!! With the leftovers I added some homemade vegan sausage crumbles, sauted spinach & onions and it was great like that too.
Your recipes are Always good and so adaptable!

Those look awesome. They remind me of distinctly non-vegan things I ate as a kidlet growing up on the east coast...

I was playing with making Cajun Faux Crab Cakes (with my extra firm tofu) and I wonder if we were on the same track? I love the flavors of cajun but sometimes its hard to make them work without overpowering.

I just had a faux fish and tartar sauce sandwich for lunch! I'll be very interested to see how these turn out.

Wow, I'm intrigued by the tarter sauce - I forgot about tarter sauce after being vegan, and you just reminded me of how good it used to be! I can't wait for you to share us those two recipes!
