Recipe Post: Need a Photo!

Pictured is Fantastic French Toast from Vive le Vegan!
????????????????

Um, well, that's how I usually start my posts. This time, though, I don't have a photo. Yet.

This truly fantastic recipe is posted here. It uses soy milk and a touch of silken tofu for creaminess, and then some flax meal to contribute that 'eggy-ness' to the batter. Use an immersion blender (or regular blender) to combine the ingredients, and it takes just minutes. Then, you're ready to get those battered up slices of bread on to your frying pan (non-stick skillet is best).

So, if you give this recipe a go, and get a decent picture, please let me know. I'll post it here and on my recipes page!

I don't have a picture, but I do know the French Toast is indeed fantastic!

Actually, I am now enjoying a little peace of the Blueberry-Orange Crisp Cake from The Everyday Vegan (although I made a Cranberry-Lemon Crisp Cake, because I didn't have any blueberry's and had lots of dried cranberry's waiting to be used) - it's delicious!

I made this in Feb. 2006 and really enjoyed it. I have a picture, but its not fantastic or anything (like the french toast). It kind of looks like toast with maple syrup but here it is :)

Thanks Arine! Hey, I like those subs you made in the cake too. Nice changes, flavorful. I haven't made that cake in some time, but my mother-in-law makes it quite often. It's easy, huh? Thanks... :)

Awesome, Melissa, thank you! That's a nice photo too, I'm going to use it... super! :)

That this recipe would be nice to have a photo, so people are craving that dish! This weekend I cook for my boyfriend, who uses generic viagra, something yummy for our anniversary!
